La situación del Hotel es excelente, dentro de las murallas y en la zona más densa en lugares de interés de Ávila. Ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio y el personal nos trató muy bien.

This is a great hotel and a budget price. Wifi was free as well as the garage. This was great for us as we had the car loaded for our return journey and needed security. The GPS gave problems finding it as the city has changed the one way system. Best approaching from the east gate as it is only 50 meters from this. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Balcony with views to castle walls. Reception very very helpful. Would stay again Very Happy

La situación es excelente pero no creo que lo que ofrezcan sea lo que realidad hay. Los colchones estaban destrozados, las instalaciones un tanto deterioradas: colchas rotas, bombillas sin funcionar, juntas del baño negras... no está mal si esperas un hotel de menos categoria; creo que la relación calidad precio no está nada ajustada

Lo mejor de todo la ubicación y la relación calidad precio, y además tienen garaje muy importante ya que en esa zona es difícil aparcar. En general estoy muy satisfecha con este hotel, volvería sin dudarlo.

Lo mejor , la ubicación (en pleno centro histórico) , el trato muy amable y la limpieza muy buena , la única pega es lo pequeño que resulta .

Muy bien situado, muy amables habitacion y cama algo pequeñas pero en un ambiente muy calido y acogedor.

El hotel está dentro de la muralla de Ávila y esto le da un sabor especial. Las toallas son muy grandes y secan de verdad. Limpieza y amabilidad.

Situación magnífica porque está situado dentro de la ciudad amurallada, cerca de la catedral y la zona comercial.

Al menos en mi caso la habitación abuardillada no responde a lo esperado, llovio toda la noche y dormir era todo un logro debido al golpeteo constante del agua, en cuanto a limpieza, la moqueta es un mapamundi. Sin mas comentarios
