El único problema que tuvimos fue que nos solicitaron la tarjeta Visa para fianza de las habitaciones. Nos dieron que no nos cargaban ningún importe por no haber sucedido nada anormal, y, sin embargo, al llegar a España, vimos que sí lo habían hecho, teniendo que solicitar a Visa su devolución.  Yo les pediría que, antes de salir del hotel, lo comprobaran y, si lo cargan por precaución, que hagan el reintegro en el momento de entrega de llaves y facturación final de la habitación. Así se evitarían problemase incluso una mala impresión de cara a los clientes.
