The hotels are medium in size with some of excellent views over Moscow, however the design of the rooms are dated and the hotel internet and telecommunications of the rooms are years behind other four star hotels. The hotel offers a choice of several restaurants. A modern brick story hotel built in the 1980's. The lobby is large and with a seating area thats leads onto a spacious bar. The hotel is owned by the Russian Government and hosts goverment guests from time to time although this is less frequent now. However the security around the hotel is the tightest of all the hotels in the city which would appear over the top to the visitor with the security guards being very unfriendly and uncooperative.
