Description: The rooms are small and in very good condition. Bedrooms and bathrooms are tastefully decorated, well-equipped and air-conditioned. The breakfast room is on the ground floor, and, like the rest of the hotel, it is charming and tastefully decorated. This hotel was built in a traditional Parisian style, and has a clean, white facade. The lobby is medium in size, clean, tasteful and has been totally renovated. It is open plan, with a lounge and bar area, with wooden panelling, tiled floor and wooden reception desk. It is welcoming and cosy. This is a 3-star, very good, superior tourist-class hotel. El hotel no está mal, si bien las habitaciones son reducidas y no tienen mini-bar. Un gran acierto el lunch gratuito que te dan si lo pides en recepción por la mañana, que consta de una botella de agua, un sandwich y una fruta (manzana cortada) y a veces una bolsa de patatas fritas. Cuarto de baño pequeño, pero suficiente: con bañera y secador de toallas. El secador de pelo, de escasa potencia, se calienta y se apaga antes de que te hayas podido secar. Los pasillos son estrechos y las escaleras de caracol, así como el ascensor, bastante antiguo y con capacidad para una persona y sus maletas o dos personas sin equipajes, además es bastant... Este hotel está bien ubicado, al lado del metro Grands Boulevards y con muchos servicios en los alrededores, puedes ir andando a los monumentos principales del centro. El hotel está renovado y es confortable. ¿El problema? La dejadez de los recepcionistas. Cuando llegamos no nos informaron convenientemente de los servicios a los que teníamos derecho y al preguntar de nuevo, concretamente a una chica morena, no nos aclaró las dudas y no nos respondío bien. No tenían ni idea de inglés (si les hablabas en francés cambiaban de idioma e intentaban chapurrearlo o por gestos, un poco patético) y al pedir un mando para la tv, que se les había olvidad... El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de dos supermercados, bares, restaurantes, tiendas y otros hoteles....no es ruidoso y los servicios que ofrece son buenos. En relación calidad-precio esta bastante bien. Pasamos 5 dias alojados en este hotel y el personal fue muy amable con nosotros, el único inconveniente que le vimos es que no todo el personal de recepción habla español y que el ascensor es para una persona con maleta de mano, es muy pequeño. Las habitaciones estaban limpias asi como también el baño. Los desayunos eran buenos, había variedad y cantidad.
