All rooms feature private bathrooms, cable television, minibar, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and air conditioning. There is one restaurant located on the top of the building, serving local Turkish cuisine seven days a week. The restaurant has some very nice views of the Bosphorus. There is also an informal cafe/snack bar up on the terrace of the fourth floor, offering basic snack food and great views of the Bosphorus. The exterior is a three-storey, low-rise historic yellow brick building. In fact, it is one of the oldest buildings in the Old Town. Medium in size, with very traditional Turkish/Ottoman-style decor. The Best Western Hotel Obelisk is a 19th century Ottoman house which has been converted into a luxury hotel.
