Very Happy Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido satisfactoria, la zona es muy bonita, justo enfrente del hotel está Hyde Park, una gran zona verde. El personal del hotel es muy atento, sobre todo los que atiende el comedor. El desayuno es variado y abundante. Las habitaciones y zonas comunes están limpias y ordenadas. En el mismo edificio del hotel está la estación de metro Queensway y varios autobuses que van a diferentes sitios de interés de la ciudad. Está muy bien comunicado con el centro.

Estupendo servicio, gran amabilidad de todo el personal (gracias especialmente a Jorge, el recepcionista portugués que habla perfectamente español, que se desvivió para hacernos nuestra estancia lo más agradable posible), muy buena situación, muy limpio y recientemenhte renovado (al menos la 2ª planta). En general todo muy bien, tan sólo estas críticas: no entiendo como un hotel de esta categoría no tiene mini-bar en las habitaciones, tampoco comprendo que por el precio que tiene el hotel, la conexión a internet cueste 15 libras diarias. Finalmente algo clásico  de los hoteles londinenses, el baño bastante justo de tamaño. No obstante ha sido...
