C'est un hôtel parfaitement bien situé en plein centre ville, dans un quartier vivant et sûr. Tout le personnel de cet établissement est extrêmement gentil et trés attentif à nos demandes. Nous avons fait trois séjours successifs; donc nous avons pu comparer les chambres: la première était convenable pour un trois étoiles; la deuxième ne valait qu'un petit deux étoiles et la troisième était parfaitement bien pour un trois étoiles; donc, ils ont plusieurs chambres et çà dépend laquelle vous est réservée...Par contre, toutes ont besoin du changement de la moquette au sol... Senhores, a única nota que, creio, vale enfatizar, em relação ao que o hotel pode melhorar, é a questão que pertine ao ar-condicionado. O aparelho é razoável, do tipo 'split', mas o controle não é efetuado pelo hóspede, e sim (sic!) pela recepção do hotel, o que torna a tarefa bastante complicada, quando se quer apenas regular a temperatura, ou mesmo desligar, pois há a necessidade de se ficar ligando para a recepção !! Pessoal muito atencioso e gentil, além de quartos limpos, água quente funcionando bem, e ótima localização !! abraço, e vou continuar utilizando o serviço de vocês !! nelson [read more]

Central localidad. La estancia en el hotel ha sido muy agradable. Se distingue por la excelencia en servicios, muy limpias y acondicionadas habitaciones con bien secador de pelo y TV satélite con varias interesantes canales. Es muy recomendable por todos los clientes, ya que tiene una maravillosa piscina climatizada y un divertido centro de Internet. La relación calidad-precio está muy agradable. [read more]
