The hotel has over eight hundred rooms. Being large and decorated to a high standard, the rooms have a european decor, with large windows, plush curtains and other touches such as japanese yukata or pyjamas in each room, large wardrobes with plenty of luggage space, two telephone lines in each room, safe and cable television. The bathrooms are spacious, marbled in cream and dark green and are in very good condition. Most rooms offer views of the Bay area. There are over nine restaurants, bars and lounges in the hotel offering a range of local and international cuisine. The Sky Lounge Star Road on the 30th floor offers magnificent views of the Bay area, including the entire Rainbow Bridge and guests can even see Mount Fuji on a clear day.
