Description: On average the rooms are medium in size, decorated in traditional English style with floral bedspreads and a classical warm color scheme. The rooms are in exceptional condition and the bathrooms are in very good condition. The hotel's main restaurant on the 2nd floor is a wonderful airy, elegant room and one half of the room is a conservatory, visible from the road outside. One restaurant has been taken over by Marco Pierre White and with his 3 Michelin Stars offers superb cuisine. The hotel is an imposing traditional Edwardian building. The lobby is large, a definite feature of the hotel, with its high ceiling and attractive seating areas, beautifully decorated in a traditional style and lit by stunning chandeliers. Pedimos mucho tiempo antes de llegar que uno de nosotros era celiaco, i eue si disponían de comida sin gluten, nos dijeron que si, que ningún problema. La sorpresa fue cuando el primer día tuvimos que esperar media hora para 3 rebanadas de pan sin gluten, el segundo día 40 minutos, i el ultimo casi una hora... A parte solo tenían esto, no es aceptable en un hotel de 5 estrellas ( que no se de donde las sacan) i que encima estén avisados, que no puedan satisfacer as peticiones de un huésped. Al final fuimos nosotros al M&S a comprar mas variedad de comida sin gluten. Las habitaciones están super anticuadas i en mal estado. El Spa o pis... [read more]

El desayuno, bufet de fin de semana muy bien, entre semana, más flojo. No cambian las sábanas si no lo dices expresamente. Cierto olor a comida por los pasillos.Techos muy bajos. Ubicación muy buena y silencioso. [read more]

Todos los servicios excelente a partir dela recepcion hasta las habitaciones que incluyen teléfono directo exterior, aire acondicionado, hilo musical y vistas excelentes sobre la ciudad,el servicio de nivel alto, me gusta la piscina que es muy grande, la comida es maravillosa y rica, la atencion cliente es genial, tambien el personal es muy amable, verdad este es magnifico hotel.
