Location: Hotel Mastino - Corso Porta Nuova, 16 - Verona 37122 - Verona - Italy [see map]
Description: The rooms are all different in size, since the hotel is an historical building. The style of the rooms varies, since it has been recently renovated to please different tastes and needs. The rooms are comfortable and very pleasant. The bathrooms have been also renovated to a high standard, proposing either shower or jacuzzi bathtub. The complimentary courtesy line is made of organic, hypo-allergenic products enriched with essential oils. The towels are also made of hypo-allergenic fabric. The room is equipped with all the modern comforts and facilities. There is a pretty breakfast room where a very rich cold buffet is served. This is an historical building painted white with green shutters. The lobby is medium to small in size with a unique blend of modern and ethnic pieces. There are a couple of sofas surrounding a coffee table made of a piece of sunburned mangrove with on top a curved shaped glass. There are also peaces of Asian origins. Excellent quality hotel in an ideal location. It offers nothing less than good hotels of higher category. Highly recommended. (CQ 08/09). Limpio, pero nos ubicaron en el último piso al que se accedía desde el tercero por una escalera (sólo ascensor hasta el tercero), es decir que había que hacer gimnasia maleteril. La habitación daba a un viejo patio muy cutre. [read more]

Colocaram-nos num quarto fora do edifício do Hotel É muito importante que se indique no site que o hotel pode dar um quarto noutro edifício, o que causa um grande transtorno! They put us in a room outside the hotel building. It is very important to indicate on the website that the Hotel can give a room in another building, causing a great inconvenience! [read more]

Es muy importante que se indique que el hotel te puede colocar en otros edificios anexos al mismo, ya que eso no lo sabíamos y nos hicieron esperar mas de una hora en la recepción mientras nos trasladaban a nuestra habitación, un detalle de atención muy importante. [read more]
