Un hotel con un servicio y atención excelente. El mejor desayuno que nos han ofrecido en los últimos 3 años comparando con diferentes hoteles que hemos ocupado durante este tiempo, que no han sido pocos. Cuando volvamos a Zaragoza no dudaré en elegir hotel. Laughing

Es un hotel cercano al casco antiguo de Zaragoza y con muchas comodidades.

EL HOTEL ESTA MUY BIEN, TANTO EN INSTALACIONES COMO EN SERVICIO (TIENE HASTA ALBORNOZ ). EL DESAYUNO ES DE LO MEJOR QUE HE VISTO, CANTIDAD Y CALIDAD. LA DISTANCIA AL CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD (EL PILAR) ES DE UNOS 10 MINUTOS, PERO MERECE LA PENA EL PASEO.
LA UNICA PEGA ES QUE EL PARKING DEL HOTEL ES UN POCO CARO (21 EUROS POR DIA). PERO HAY UNO PUBLICO EN LA MISMA PUERTA DEL HOTEL.

La higiene deja mucho que desear....hay mucho ruido....el personal muy poco atento..lo único que tiene un pase es la ubicación....relativamente en el centro...pero por lo demás no pensamos volver.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, y aunque es un edificio bastante antiguo está completamente reformado. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, y la TV está genial. El desayuno también está muy bien, bastante variedad y buena calidad. La relación calidad-precio es excelente.

Estupendo hotel, está muy bien situado. Nos ha gustado mucho, la habitación, el desayuno tipo bufett muy variado y de gran calidad. El trato ha sido muy amable. Repetiremos hotel y ciudad, que nos ha encantado.

DECEPCIONANTE!!! iNVITÉ A MIS PADRES A PASAR UNA NOCHE ALLI. MI PADRE DEJO EL COCHE AL CHOFER DEL PARKING PREVIO PAGO DE 24 EUROS (UN PRECIO ABUSIVO)ANTES DE ENTREGARLE LAS LLAVES METIO SU GPS EN EL MALTERO DE SU COCHE Y CUANDO EL COHE LE FUE ENTREGADO EL GPS NO ESTABA!!!! EN LAS CAMARAS DE SEGURIDAD SE OBSERVA COMO MI PADRE METIOALGO EN EL MALETERO DE SU COCHE. COMO UN HOTEL DE 5 ESTRELLAS PUEDE TENER ESA CLASE DE CHORIZOS TRABAJANDO Y ENCIMA SE LAVEN LAS MANOS Y NO SE RESPONSABILIEN DE NADA? ESPERAMOS ESTO NO QUEDE ASI.. LO PONDREMOS EN MANOS DE NUESTROS BOGADOS...
