Description: On average the rooms are medium-sized and in very good condition, decorated in a traditional style with some modern touches. All rooms have a modem point and ironing facilities. The restaurant is on the ground floor, it is a pleasant, light area with full length windows overlooking Hyde Park beyond the Bayswater Road. The building is a modern block with a tinted glass facade. The lobby is small and very modern with marble floor, a pale wood reception desk, and touches of stainless steel. This is a recommended property, ideal for those looking for a modern property in a practical, central location. Tanto la limpieza como el trato humano SALVO el jefe de recepción, es correcto. Solo hablan inglés, no se esfuerzan lo más mínimo en intentar entenderte si no hablas inglés. El desayuno es inglés, así que ánimo porque está infumable. Al menos la habitación tenía aire acondicionado individual y baño completo. El servicio de limpieza es correcto y diario. La ubicación es bastante buena, en Bayswater, al lado justo de la estación de metro de Queensway y en frente de Kensington garden. [read more]

Assolutamente immeritate le 4 stelle, pur considerando lo standard di londra. Struttura vecchia e poco pulita, finestre con vetri rotti che lasciano passare aria gelida, mancano cassafore e mini bar in camera. Abbastanza cattiva anche la prima colazione (marmellate pessime nel paese famoso per le sue marmellate, latte avariato in camera) Ottima la location, a due passi da Nottingh Hill, e personale abbastanza gentile.
