Hotel céntrico, ideal para visitar la ciudad, cerca de zonas comerciales y hostelería. Hay muchos salones con celebraciones. Las instalaciones algo anticuadas, pero correctas y limpias.Buen  Desayuno con buen servicio. Aparcar  es dificil pero no imposible. Disponible parking pero caro.

Hotel muy recomendable, situación céntrica, a unos minutos andando del Guggenheim y del casco viejo. Habitación impecable. Desayuno buffet de lujo, variedad y calidad. Personal del hotel muy amable. Lo peor nos ubicaron en el edificio de atrás y el acceso hasta el mismo implicaba varios tramos de escalera.

CORRECTO
El único inconveniente es la cantidad de escaleras y pasillos hasta llegar al ascensor 
(cargados con las maletas fue un suplicio Sad  . ).
La limpieza, tamaño de habitación y trato del personal OK

El hotel esta bien situado y cómodo, con buen servicio.
El desayuno también es bueno.
El único pega es que la habitación "classic" faltaba un actualización. Todo tiene un aspecto de gastado y los colchones eran un poco demasiado blandas.

En  pocas palabras, muy bueno, un trato excelente, el desayuno magnífico, lo recomiendo totalmente.

El hotel esta muy limpio, las habitaciones confortables y grandes y la ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de Bilbao.
El servicio de limpieza se olvido de ponernos toallas el segundo día y gel y champú... eso no estuvo bien, lo mismo que no nos abrieron la cama y nos pusieron la chocolatina, estábamos en la planta 5, en el resto de plantas si lo hicieron.

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, com otimo serviço, pessoal atencioso, quarto muito confortavel e um bom restaurante. O hotel tem um clima acolhedor, embalado pela musica ao vivo no bar a noite.

Hotel correcto. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Buen desayuno.
Fácil de acceder por carretera desde Donosti. Tiene una boca de metro a 2 minutos.

Un hotel bastante tranquilo, la atención bastante correcta. La situación del hotel es buena. Respecto a la habitación, bastante bien aunque lejos de parecerse a la de la foto que refiere al hotel, un poco lejos también el recorrido para llegar a ella. Íbamos con el desayuno incluido y lo cierto es que estaba bastante bien, tipo buffet y con variedad. El periódico gratis cada día (La Razón). Y una de las cosas que más me gustó es que llegamos antes de las 12 h y ya nos dieron habitación. En general bastante bien.

Habiamos estado en anteriores ocasiones en este hotel y para nada la habitación que nos asignaron este fin de semana se parecia a la del año anterior.

Nos encontramos una habitación con el ambiente cargado, mal olor. como si hubiera estado cerrada durante mucho tiempo.

Solicitamos el cambio de habitación y de nada nos sirvio ya que en recepción nos dijeron que se trataba de una habitacion clasic.
