Muy mala ubicación, muy lejos del centro, aunque cerca de la salida a la circunvalación de Rennes, si se va en coche puede valer, pero si no es así, mejor mirar otro. El hotel está atendido por una sola persona, que hace de recepcionista, coloca y recoge el desayuno, etc... Las habitaciones son muy, muy pequeñas, con dos camas de 90 y casi sin lugar para pasar de un lado a otro. El suelo es de moqueta y el cuarto de baño es minúsculo, diminuto, aunque al menos estaba limpio. Para alguien de paso y una noche para salir del paso puede valer. El desayuno, más bien escasito.
