Description: The rooms are a fair size, well decorated in bright colours and the furniture is mainly dark woods to compliment the bright colours. The rooms enjoy modern facilities such as safe, trouser press, and satellite television. The hallways are uniquely decorated in a cream brick design and all areas of the hotel rooms are clearly marked. The restaurant has been awarded an AA Rosette and is quite elegant with a beautiful painted ceiling. The hotel has a subtle modern exterior. This medium-sized lobby is tidy and well presented with a marble floor and soft furnishings. It has dim lighting apart from the reception desk which gives the whole area a relaxed atmosphere. Very peaceful, warm hotel combined with a superb location to suit all guests needs. Lo bueno del hotel es la ubicación, está en una zona céntrica, en frente del palacio de Buckingham. También es positivo que tuvieran plancha y secador en la habitación, cosa que no todos los hoteles ofrecen. Lo negativo es la atención recibida (la jefa de comedor y la recepcionista eran bastante desagradables en el trato) y que la habitación en sí no tiene mucho de especial para lo que cuesta. No hay relación calidad-precio en ese sentido. Además, pedimos una habitación con 2 camas y nos dieron una de 1 sola cama (se supone que era una cama doble) pequeñisima. [read more]

Tanto el hotel como el restaurante del hotel son muy recomendables, el hotel esta situada cerca del centro, un trato estupendo por parte del personal del Hotel, es para repetir. [read more]
