Description: The hotel is in an old Florentine building from the 15th century, which has recently been renovated, offering all modern comforts but keeping many of the original features, such as the lovely vaulted ceilings in the reception area. \|The owners are a Japanese-Italian couple, who have decorated the interiors with a mixture of Japanese and Florentine items. El hotel esta muy bien situado, con un trato muy agradable y con una gran calidad precio. Muy recomendable. La única pega es el impuesto de 3 euro por persona y día que ha puesto el ayuntamiento y que se paga a la salida del hotel. [read more]

Perfect location, 2 min foot from train station and 5 min foot to center (Duomo). The staff very helpful and always received us with a smile. They made for us reservations in museums and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is quite good. One of the best quality-price hotels I have met in Italy. If I come back to Florence I will stay there. A family from Spain. [read more]

Hotel céntrico, ideal para descubir Florencia. Personal amable. Habitaciones grandes y bien equipadas. Un poco antiguo y las habitaciones exteriores ligeramente ruidosas. Relación calidad-precio correcta. Desayuno poco completo, sin fruta fresca, muy mal para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas. Ojo que desde julio de 2011 el Ayuntamiento de Florencia aplica una tasa turística de 3 € por persona y estrellas que tenga el hotel (= 3 € por persona/noche en Hotel Unicorno). [read more]

No puedo opinar ya que cuando fui al hotel me dijeron que no tenían mi reserva por una equivocación. El cabreo fue muy bueno. [read more]

Hotel muy céntrico con un desayuno más que aceptable. Ideal para pasar un par de días en Florencia. El servicio bastante atento siempre. El "pero" es la limpieza de la habitación. Cuando llegamos las bolas de polvo podían echar carreras entre ellas. [read more]

En Julio de 2011. Hotel muy nuevo aunque en un edificio antiguo, ubicado a 200 m de la estación. Muy bien en general: desayuno, habitación, etc. Para repetir seguro. [read more]

: Realmente sobre el hotel Unicornio no puedo opinar pues cuando llegamos resulta que había habiado un problema con nuestra reserva, que la hicimos un mes antes, y nos llevaron a otro hotel. [read more]

En realidad cuando llegamos al hotel UNICORNIO una recepcionista muy amable nos dijo que tenia problemas con las habitaciones, por lo cual nos llevó a otro hotel de nombre UNIVERSO, por lo cual mi comentario lo centraré en ese: Esta ubicado en la Plaza de SMN, a pocos minutos a pie de la estación del tren y del Plaza del Duomo, no hubo necesidad de utilizar el transporte publico salvo en el caso cuando fuimos a la PLaza de Miguel Angel. Hotel cercano al Duomo y a la Estación de tren, estaba todo limpio, buen trato, y desayuno tipo buffet. Si volviese repetiria hotel sin dudarlo. [read more]
