All rooms feature remote controlled colour television with free in-house movies, satellite channels and radio, tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, dial-up internet & T-Mobile Hotspot wireless LAN, hair dryer and personal safe, are well lit and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. The restaurant is on the ground floor, it is decorated in peach, and is a pleasantly light and airy room, partly due to the attractive and unusual skylight. Also on the ground floor is an American style bistro and bar. The hotel's period facade is of grey stone, with elegant columns flanking the entrance, a typical example of the grand architecture that can be found in this part of London. The lobby is of medium size and classically decorated using traditional colours and wood furniture. There is a large wooden desk to the left of the reception, and a comfortable sitting area to the right, with a glass lift in the centre.
